Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date of order, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for 75% of the purchase price paid for the item excluding shipping costs.

Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we can only accept the return of opened items if they are found to be faulty by BeautyPro Ltd. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in any way.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

Please call us stating the reason you would like to return the item

Confirm to us that the item is unused and unopened with all packaging intact and re-saleable

Provide your order number from your delivery note
We will provide a returns reference
Re-package the product using strong packaging and ensuring it is sealed
Return your item to us using a trackable service
Upon receipt and once inspected by BeautyPro Ltd. and if in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund for the amount owed for the item less any delivery charges.

We do strongly recommend that all returns are packed well and sent via a recorded/tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery. BeautyPro Ltd. cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Please allow up to 21 working days for action of your return.

BeautyPro Ltd. will only reimburse the cost of the products at 75% of the value and not any postage or shipping fees.
